The Centennial Blonde has been a week in the keg now, and I tried it out. It is light, refreshing, and has a pleasant hop aroma to it. Perfect beer to drink a hot summer day. I also put the West Coast IPA in a keg, after it had been dry hopped for a week, and its gravity had fallen to 1.008 (7 brix, from 14.8 brix). Hopefully the IPA won’t be too dry, but we will see in a week. If it is a bit too dry I plan on adding a slight amount of maltodextrin and lactose (maybe 100-150g of each).
